Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only within 7 days of delivery. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@glamorestore.pk or +92 345-8555487.

Exchange Process

Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • A Rs. 150 delivery charge applies to the exchanged order.

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.

  • Items damaged during return shipping may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
